I just love this hotel and people that work here! The service is excellent and hospitality is exceptional! Abdullah upgraded our room to the best 2bedroom option that the hotel has with beautiful view of Istanbul and Bosporus bridge! Thank you very much! Yilmaz assisted with everything that we needed, our baggage handling, questions and just gave us a lot of nice attention! Timur is nice and helpful too! The hotel location is the best, in the center of Taksim square with lots of restaurants! The hotel is super clean and housekeeping cleaned our room every day! Breakfast is nice too! Thank you very much for free tea and cookies in our room😛 THANK YOU GUYS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! I was treated like a queen! I would definitely come back! I will miss you all!

The location is another highlight, as it's just a stone's throw away from Taksim Square and the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Pleasant smiles, warm greetings, and an eagerness to help—these are the least you can expect there. Kübra, Vedat, Yilmaz, and Halil, we are truly thankful for making our holiday a remarkable one. Specifics? A free upgrade to a breathtaking panoramic-view room, an amazing location from which we were able to reach every single attraction in the city, proximity to the airport-line bus station (so helpful), and clean, modern facilities.

The breakfast spread is quite good with made to order omelettes and fresh pancakes. Mehmet and Kubra were very helpful at every stage of the stay, and courteous, friendly and professional. Duygu and Orhan were also friendly and responsive at the front desk. We would definitely consider staying here again
